Managements candidates are also required holding a MSW or MBA full time two years degree and specialized in HRM or Personnel Management and Industrial Relations. Post graduation degree holders and Post Graduate Diploma holders with 2 years fulltime in HRM and Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from any recognized Institute, university would also be eligible to apply.
Candidates should have attained the above mentioned degrees from AICTE approved Colleges and candidates holding engineering degrees in any other disciplines other than the mentioned ones would not be eligible to apply.
