WIHG invites applications for the following tenure positions in the sponsored Projects:
PROJECT – I : DST sponsored project entitled Mineralization and Petrogenesis of Mantle sequence and Cumulates of the Manipur Ophiolite Complex, Indo-Myanmar Orogenic Belt, NE India” under the supervision of Dr. Athokpam Krishnakanta Singh, Scientist ‘C’
JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW : 01 Post
Qualification : Throughout 1st class M.Sc./M.Tech. degree in Geology or allied subject with consistently good academic record. Candidates who have cleared NET/GATE,UGC- CSIR combined examination will be given preference. NET/ GATE qualified candidates MUST attach an attested photocopy of NET/GATE qualifications with their application. Knowledge of computer language would be additional merit.
Age : Not exceeding 28 years.
Remuneration : Rs. 16,000/- p.m.
